Frequently Asked Questions

For any questions regarding your order, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing support@huttronics.com with your order number in the subject line. For general questions, comments or concerns, you can get in touch with us by filling out the contact form here and a Huttronics team member will reach out to you.   

We currently do not offer automated restock alerts. We suggest subscribing to our newsletters to stay up to date on new products and potential restocks.  

Huttronics is only available to purchase on our website.  

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and take 4-7 business days once with the carrier. Our goal is always to get your product(s) out as quickly as possible; however, in times of increased volumes, delays may be possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page. 

Returns and Exchanges

You are eligible to return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To return your order, your item(s) must be unused and unworn with the original tags still attached. You should expect to receive your refund within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Order Information

Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address. Please ensure that your order isn’t received by someone else or your neighbors did not collect it on your behalf. If you still haven’t been able to locate your package, please email support@huttronics.com and file a missing/stolen package report with your shipping carrier. Please note that we are not liable for missing or stolen packages after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
